Most of these items by themselves don't have much flavor.
*Flour
*Water
*Salt
*Coco (unsweetened)
*Vanilla extract
*sugar
If flour could represent ourselves, water could represent our sustenance, salt could represent the flavor we add to our own lives, coco could represent the bitterness of life (disappointments), vanilla extract doesn't have good flavor unless the right amount is added like good friends, sugar represents keeping our feet pointed in the right direction like toward God.
Then if you were to combine these things with few other ingredients like heat(Jesus)and time(God's word)it becomes or transforms into a wondrous creation.

Mark Beeson insight
You shape your environment, then your environment shapes you. Every change we make in our lives, because God's Kingdom is here and we're called to it, enhances our potential for real life.
* Where you put yourself is important.
* The people you hang with have an effect on you.
* Whether you include God's Word and God's people in your routine matters - a lot.
What makes a good environment? Can you recognize a bad environment when you see one? How do you know the difference?
If you don't distinguish between good and bad environments, how can you change your life and live in God's Kingdom - right here and right now?
Matthew 3:1 - While Jesus was living in the Galilean hills, John, called "the Baptizer," was preaching in the desert country of Judea. His message was simple and austere, like his desert surroundings: "Change your life. God's kingdom is here."

Forgiveness
God says that when you ask him for forgiveness he doesn't even remember it anymore.
Why do we then sometimes dwell on remembering them. Meaning that we refuse to forgive ourselves. We continue to beat ourselves up for sins that we've been forgiven for.
God wants us to leave what lays behind us and strain forward to what lays ahead. We can only live in the moments.
God has more for us. God does not want us to wallow in the past. If you keep remembering and dwelling on past sins, you create a prison cell that you're locking yourself into with unforgiveness.
You hold the key. It will hold you back from personal growth. Let it go, let God, live for today, yesterday is gone, tomorrow will bring what tomorrow will bring.

God like him her
God made us in his likeness. Which also means that God made women adoring, maternal, beautiful, intuitive, detailed, and loving caregivers to their children and family. All of which are the same traits that God has.

God's Money
Why does God want our money? Why does he ask us for our 10%? God doesn't need money?
What could God want from wealth?
For many of us that's where we put most of our effort in this world. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears go into our jobs to be successful or just to earn a living. Nobody wants to give to something they don't really understand.
How about this, money is where we put our value in life and its where our HEART is. Maybe God knows this.
Maybe God wants our heart. Where you put your money is where your heart is. And where your heart is is where you put your money. God wants your heart he doesn't need your money.
